The Bag Boss is designed to take fiber bags from the driver and add it to the mix without time consuming and potentially dangerous climbing up the mixer. Developed at the request of a major concrete producer, the Bag Boss uses a high volume blower to safely move the bag into the truck at the touch of a button, easily moving 1 to 1-1/2 lb. water soluble bags from ground level up and into the hopper in less than two seconds.

Imagine what could happen if your driver was to get caught up in the moving parts of the drum on a truck while manually loading fiber. Not only is this a potential hazard, but what if he or she was to slip off the ladder with wet boots on steel rungs, steel toes won’t help them then.

The Bag Boss is an “on demand” type system for energy savings so you are not paying for running a motor that isn’t working to save you time and/or money. When it is time for the Bag Boss to go to work, the driver just has to push a single heavy-duty pushbutton, and introduce the fiber bag into the sender, no confusing and costly controls to navigate, just push the big button.  Other control options available on request. Typical motor voltage is 230/460vac 3ph, and 120vac controls, with other voltages available on special order.
